Custom software development
Custom software built around how your business works.
When spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools stop fitting, we build custom software around your actual process — portals, ordering systems, dashboards and internal tools that your business owns outright.
Who it's for
- Businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and generic software
- Teams paying for several tools that each do part of the job
- Operators who need a portal, ordering system or internal tool that fits exactly
The problem
Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way.
Generic software is built for the average business. The parts that make yours different end up in spreadsheets, workarounds and manual steps — while you keep paying per seat for features you don't use.
What you get.
- 01
Discovery and scoping
What the software must do, for whom, and what it doesn't need to do.
- 02
Screens designed for real tasks
Interfaces built around the people who'll use them every day.
- 03
The application
User accounts and roles, the core features, admin tools and the integrations it depends on.
- 04
Your data, your database
Stored in a database you own, not locked inside someone else's platform.
- 05
Deployment and handover
Live on accounts in your name, with code, documentation and training.
What it looks like in practice.
Ones marked “Real project” are live systems we've built. The rest are typical examples, not claims about a specific client.
- Real project
Ordering and tracking platform
Before: Orders taken by phone and WhatsApp, with no live status for customers.
After: Customer ordering, live tracking and payments, plus an admin side to run the kitchen.
- Real project
Internal workflow portal
Before: Client work tracked across spreadsheets and email.
After: One portal for tasks, status and documents.
- Example
Customer self-service portal
Before: Customers email to ask where things stand.
After: Customers log in to see status and documents themselves.
How it works.
- 1
Discover
We learn the process, the people and the result you need.
- 2
Scope and price
A written scope and a fixed, one-time price before any work starts.
- 3
Design and build in stages
You see working software throughout, not just at the end.
- 4
Hand over
Live on accounts in your name, with the code, documentation, access and training.

Custom Software Development FAQs
Should we build custom software at all?
Often you shouldn't — and we'll say so. Custom makes sense when the process is core to how you win or deliver work, or when the workarounds cost more than building something that fits.
What technology do you use?
Mainstream, well-supported technologies with a large developer community, so any competent developer can maintain the system later — not a proprietary platform that ties you to us.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code, database and accounts are handed over, and any exception is written into the contract before work starts.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
It depends on scope. You get a written scope, timeline and fixed price after the discovery call — not a guess beforehand.
What about maintenance?
You can maintain it yourself or with any developer. If you'd like us to, ongoing support is agreed separately with clear scope and cost.
Have a process no tool quite fits?
Tell us how it works today. We'll tell you whether custom software is the right answer.
