We design, build and hand over practical software, automation and AI for small and growing businesses around the world — removing repetitive work, connecting the tools they already use, and leaving them owning everything we build.

    We map how the work actually happens before recommending anything. Sometimes the right answer is a small automation; sometimes it's an application; occasionally it's "don't build anything yet".

  • Agree it in writing

    Scope, price, what's included and what isn't are written down before work starts — and any change is agreed the same way.

  • Build for ownership

    Code, data and accounts end up in your name. The system should keep working whether or not you keep working with us.

  • Be honest about what's proven

    We show live systems and say clearly what's a client build, what's our own product, and what's a demo.

On custom projects, the finished system is yours — not a subscription you lose access to if you stop working with us.

Third-party services — hosting, APIs, AI usage, domains — bill you directly. Ownership terms for our product, TaxPilotDesk, are agreed separately. Any exception on a custom project is written into the contract before work starts.
