1. What we actually use
workflowsaga.com itself doesn't set any cookies — no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
It does keep one small, strictly functional item in your browser's session storage: the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link. It's used only so that, if you send us an enquiry, we know how you found us. It's never sent anywhere unless you submit the form, isn't used to track you across sites, and is deleted when you close the tab.
2. The booking calendar (Cal.com)
Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It only loads if you click "Show available times". Once it loads, Cal.com may set its own cookies from app.cal.com — for example to keep the booking session working. These are set by Cal.com, not by us, and are covered by Cal.com's own privacy and cookie policies. If you'd rather avoid them, use "Send details instead" or email us.
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregated figures such as page views, referring websites and which buttons are used. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and counts visitors with a short-lived identifier that resets daily rather than storing anything in your browser.
We don't use Google Analytics or any advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics that uses cookies, it will only run after you accept it through a consent banner, and this page will be updated first.
4. Our staff portal
portal.workflowsaga.com is an internal tool used only by our team to manage client projects, agreements, invoices and scheduling. Clients don't have accounts and don't log in to it. It uses strictly necessary cookies to keep our staff securely signed in. These aren't used for tracking or advertising, and aren't set on the main workflowsaga.com website.
5. Managing your choice
Because we don't set non-essential cookies ourselves, there's nothing to opt in to or out of on our side — Cal.com's cookies only appear if you choose to open the booking calendar. You can still clear this site's stored data at any time through your browser settings — search your browser's help documentation for "site data" or "cookies".
