SaaS MVP development

Turn a product idea into a working SaaS MVP.

We build a focused first version of your SaaS product — sign-up, the core feature and payments — that real customers can use, so you learn from usage instead of guesses.

Who it's for

  • Founders with a clear problem to solve and no technical co-founder
  • Businesses turning an internal tool into a product
  • Teams that need a credible first version for early customers

The problem

Most first versions try to do too much.

MVPs stall when they're scoped like finished products. Months go into features nobody has asked for, and the core idea reaches customers late — or never.

What you get.

  1. 01

A scope that proves the idea

The smallest version that tests what matters most, agreed before building.

  2. 02

    Accounts and sign-in

Sign-up, login and the user roles the product needs.

  3. 03

    The core feature, done well

The one thing customers come for, built properly rather than everything at once.

  4. 04

    Payments where needed

One-off or subscription billing through an established payment provider.

  5. 05

    An admin view

Manage users and data without touching the database.

  6. 06

    Launch and handover

Deployed, documented, and the code is yours.

What it looks like in practice.

Ones marked “Real project” are live systems we've built. The rest are typical examples, not claims about a specific client.

  • Real project

    Vertical SaaS for one industry

Before: CA practices juggle compliance, clients and reminders across disconnected tools.

After: TaxPilotDesk: clients, tasks, compliance tracking and AI-drafted reminders in one place — available as a working demo.

  • Real project

    Multi-sided community platform

Before: A community relying on scattered groups for jobs, housing and trusted businesses.

After: Pravasi.uk: job listings, a housing marketplace, a business directory and an AI CV builder.

  • Example

    Internal tool to product

Before: A tool your team relies on that others keep asking to use.

After: Rebuilt with accounts, billing and onboarding so other businesses can sign up.

How it works.

  1. 1

    Define the core

Who it's for, the problem it solves, and the one workflow that proves it.

  2. 2

    Scope and price

A written scope for the first version and a fixed price.

  3. 3

    Build in short cycles

Working software early, so you can show it to customers while it's being built.

  4. 4

    Launch and hand over

Deployed on accounts you own, with the code and documentation.

SaaS MVP Development FAQs

What if I'm not sure exactly what to build?

That's what the discovery call is for. We'll help you narrow it down to the smallest version worth building — or tell you if it's too early to build anything.

Who owns the code and the product?

You do. Code, accounts and data are handed over, and ownership is written into the contract.

How much does an MVP cost?

It depends on scope. You get a fixed, one-time price after scoping. Hosting, payment fees and any AI usage are billed by those providers to your accounts.

Can you help after launch?

Yes, if you want it. Further development or support is agreed separately in writing — it's never required.
