These terms apply to your use of workflowsaga.com. WorkflowSaga is an AI automation agency based in Anand, Gujarat, India, serving clients in both the UK and India. The specific contracting arrangement for your engagement is set out in your signed Client Service Agreement rather than these general website terms.

1. This website

The content on workflowsaga.com is provided for general information about our services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that it's complete, current, or error-free at any given moment.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its underlying code, or any system connected to it, including our internal staff portal.

3. Intellectual property

The design, branding, and written content of workflowsaga.com belong to WorkflowSaga unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse it for your own commercial purposes without our permission. This does not apply to work we deliver to clients under a signed project agreement — ownership of that work is set out separately in Section 5 below.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not create a contract between us. Any pricing discussed before a signed agreement is indicative and subject to change once the actual scope of work is confirmed.

5. Client projects

If you engage us for a website, automation or AI agent project, the terms of that specific engagement — price, deposit, deliverables, ownership of the finished work, support period and cancellation terms — are set out in a separate signed Client Service Agreement provided to you directly. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement takes priority for that project.

6. Links to other websites

Our site links to websites we've built for clients (for example, in our Clients section) and to third-party tools we use. We aren't responsible for the content or availability of websites we don't control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. This doesn't affect any liability that can't be lawfully excluded, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability relating to a specific paid project is instead governed by that project's signed Client Service Agreement.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
