Kathiyawadi Kitchen, a tiffin service and caterer in Kingsbury, London, was taking orders the way most independent food businesses do — by phone and WhatsApp — with no live visibility into order status for customers or a central system for running the kitchen side.
The idea
A real ordering platform customers could trust with their payment and delivery details, paired with an admin side built for how a working kitchen actually operates.
