Product — Salon & Barber Booking System
SalonSaga
A modern business operating system for salons and barbers, demoed through Lumière Salon.

The problem
Salons and barbershops typically run on phone bookings, a paper diary or a generic calendar tool — with no real client history, no way to spot who's overdue for a rebook, and no structured way to follow up by WhatsApp or SMS.
The idea
A genuine unisex salon + barber operating system — not a generic appointment widget — covering both sides of the business with equal weight: the editorial public-facing salon experience, and the practical booking, CRM and rebooking system underneath it.
The system
What WorkflowSaga built
A full client-facing booking flow (branch, category, service, stylist, date, time, details) with real-time conflict checking against existing bookings; a client CRM derived from booking history (visit count, spend, preferred stylist, first/last visit, no-show and cancellation history); a rebooking engine that flags clients as due or overdue per-service (fades at 21–35 days, colour at 9–11 weeks, and so on); and real WhatsApp/SMS click-to-chat buttons with an editable, pre-filled message — all wired through a staff portal and an admin dashboard.
The architecture
Client-side React state models every booking; a client CRM is derived on the fly from the booking list (not stored separately) so a client's visit history, total spend and rebooking status are always consistent with the underlying bookings. The demo seeds realistic data and resets on reload — there's no live database or messaging API behind it yet, by design, since this is a sales demo rather than a production deployment.
The technology
The result
A fully working, interactive demo — not a static mockup. Shown live to prospective salon and barbershop clients.
